Administration

We prepare a welcome package to all new sales within the community. This packet contains pertinent information concerning the community, such as a list of the Directors and Officers of the Board, emergency phone numbers and other information as prescribed by the board.

Website access to the company allows for quick turnaround of information to the owners as well as keeping the Board of Directors informed about any issues that would impact the association. Routine communication with the board allows for timely flow of property information.



Accounting

Monthly reports include -

  • Check Register
  • General Ledge
  • Delinquent Report

Maintenance

Monthly reports of work orders written Accurate historical record of maintenance performed
Maintenance schedules for required monthly upkeep of the community
Coordination of Reserve Study to determine work that needs to be performed
24 Hour answering service for emergencies
Three Bid policy on all major work needed
Coordination and scheduling of routine and corrective maintenance



Record Keeping

Tracking of all violation letters sent on behalf of the Board
Tracking of all modification requests
Tracking of pool membership if required
Tracking of parking passes if required
