| Marcia Caruso is the owner of Caruso Management Group, Inc. Ms. Caruso has more than 30 years experience in the field of Property Management. In that time she has successfully managed apartments, condominiums, townhomes and homeowner's associations. Marcia is a Certified Property Manger, Registered Apartment Manager as well as a Real Estate Broker. As past President of the Apartment Council of Chicago Marcia has for over two decades instructed other managers in all phases of property management. In addition to her other accomplishments Marcia has been teaching Financial Management for the local Trade Associations for the past two years. Additionally, Marcia has been awarded "Property Manager of the Year" by RAM. |
